Who am I?
I'm a firm believer innovation starts at the needs of the customer. For the past 13+ years I've leveraged hypothesis-driven frameworks and experimentation for voice-of-customer research to test strategies and tactics across the product life cycle. The magic comes from distilling this data and merging it with market dynamics, business objectives, and technology capabilities.
As a result, I've turned around declining portfolios and companies into market leading positions and upwards of triple digit revenue growth. Ultimately, launching seven products that change how we care and treat patients.
